GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

Young Chef Competition (Epsom Heat) - 6 December 2023

Organised by Epsom Rotary, there were nine entrants to the competition held at Rosebery School on 6 December 2023.

Charlie (10A), Sammy (10B), and Mathi (8M) represented Glyn School at the event.

The competition required the entrants to make a two-course meal for under £18 in one hour thirty minutes. 

Although not winners on the day, the students impressed with their efforts and achievements overall.

The winners will go through to the Rotary District Competition in February 2024.
