Mufti Day - Thursday 14 December 2017

There will be a Mufti Day on Thursday 14 December in aid of our chosen charities: MIND and The Royal National Orthopaedic   Hospital Charity. MIND provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.  The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital Charity is a charity we very much value as they assisted Mr Martin, Head of PE and Games, in his recovery and rehabilitation last year.

Students may wear their own clothes and can donate £2 at the gate which will go towards this worthy cause. The theme is ‘Christmas Jumpers’ and there will be prizes for the best-dressed students.

On Mufti Days students may wear their own clothes but normal school rules will still apply with regards to jewellery and hairstyles.

Students will be allowed to attend the Sixth Form Christmas Fair at a specific time slot for their year group on this day. Please allow your son or daughter to bring some small change to school to spend at the fair. All proceeds will be donated towards MIND and The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust.
