Glyn's Head Girl Raised Funds for Cancer Research UK

On Saturday 16 February, at Nonsuch Park, I successfully undertook my 200th 5k Parkrun in honour of my Nan.

Just before Christmas my Nan died of ovarian cancer. I  was very close to my Nan; she was a wonderful, caring, friendly, supportive person and would do anything to help anyone.

Ovarian cancer is described as the silent killer because the symptoms of cancer do not show until it is in its advanced  stages. Cancer Research UK is the world's   leading charity dedicated to research on the causes, treatment and prevention of cancer. Thanks to research, more people are surviving cancer than ever before.

Thank you to all those who sponsored me. If you still wish to contribute to this wonderful charity, please go to the Go Fund Me website by clicking this link:

Thank you again for your support.
