GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.
Science doesn't take a rest just because it’s Christmas. Following a successful live virtual Key Stage 3 Science Club meet up at the end of last term, some of our keen young scientists carried on with experiments during the school holiday. Students experimented on Christmas candy canes, investigating which solvents they best dissolve in. Well done to Dillan 7D and Josh 7M for sending in photos of their experiments.
