GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

Potion Bottle Winners

Putrid. Petrifying. Powerful.

The potions that are now placed in Professor Snape’s store cupboard are there...waiting...will they ever be used? 

Well done to all students who participated in the Potions and Spells competition; we were mesmerised by the creative names, the colourful liquids - and sometimes, the horrifying ingredients!

A special well done to our winners: Daniel 7O, Oliver 7A and Ollie 7C. Also, many congratulations to Matthew 8M (pictured) for Best Collection and Zac 8O for the Smelliest Potion.

We look forward to holding more competitions and entries next year.
