Paper Boomerangs!

This week, the task set fCaptureor Key Stage 3 Science Club members was to build paper boomerangs, but would they come back?

When Dillan 7D tried his hand at making a paper boomerang, these were his observations: "I tried throwing my boomerang. When I first threw it, it didn't seem to work. However, after a few attempts, the boomerang came back. It didn't really work that well, though".

Science is all about trying something and, if it does not go how you expected, trying again in a slightly different way;  experimenting with different paper, or adding a little weight, might have improved the outcome in this experiment.

If you fancy having a try at making a paper boomerang, please visit Sublime Science website via this link: paper boomerangs
