GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

House Dodgeball

Last week saw our first House Dodgeball tournament which was fantastic, with an incredible level of enthusiasm across all year groups. Year 7 kicked off House Dodgeball with all eight house teams ready to dodge, duck, dip, dive + dodge again! There were some unbelievable skills demonstrated throughout the week with some outstanding dives and catches. The competition quickly gained momentum between the houses with Merton taking an early lead, and Bourne, St Benet and Tudor hot on their heels. Congratulations to each of the year group winning teams listed below.

Thank you to all those students who participated in House Dodgeball! Your enthusiasm and dedication to your house most certainly showed and is very much appreciated! The atmosphere throughout the week was electric and it was fantastic to see so much competition with incredible sportsmanship!
