Year 11 into 12 Transition Work
We are Pleased to share with you the transition work for Year 11 Students to complete, prior to the start of their A Level or BTEC courses.
Please find below links to our induction booklets for each subject. Your son or daughter should download these and complete the relevant summer tasks for each subject, before September.
For further information regarding the transition work, Students, Parents and Carers should refer to the email communication sent out by Miss Thompkins, Assistant Headteacher and Head of Sixth Form.

We are please to inform you that correspondence regarding offers to Glyn School's Sixth Form, to those students who applied within the application deadline, has been sent out week commencing 2 March 2020. If you do not receive your letter by Wednesday 11 March, please contact the Admissions team at admissionssixthform@glynschool.org
Transition Information and Key Dates
Please find below further transition information and key dates for those applicants that have been offered a place at Glyn School's Sixth Form
The school currently has planned for students to attend the induction days on Tuesday 23 and Wednesday 24 June 2020, however due to the current situation with school closures these dates may be subject to change. We are likely to hold a virtual inducation process and further details will be released in due course.
Final enrolment takes place on Thursday 20 August 2020 for internal students and on Friday 21 August 2020 for external students. External students are required to bring photocopies of their GCSE results with them to enroll on to courses and be accompanied by a Parent or Carer who will need to complete and sign the admissions registration documentation.
PDF copies of the Admissions Pack, Medical Care Plan and PSA Pack will be available here within the next few weeks. We would kindly ask that these be downloaded, completed, signed and brought to the enrolment day so that the registration process can be finalised.
